Satically is a mission operations and telemetry monitoring platform designed for satellite learning, CubeSat/CanSat education, research, and mobile telemetry access.
We may collect your email address for OTP-based login and account access. The mobile app may access telemetry, communication status, device status, and mission-related data associated with your account.
We use collected information to authenticate users, display telemetry dashboards, provide digital twin monitoring, show communication status, and improve the Satically platform.
Satically may process telemetry data such as temperature, battery voltage, communication frames, signal status, timestamps, and related mission data. This data is used only for monitoring, visualization, analysis, and educational/research purposes.
The Satically mobile app connects to our APIs to display telemetry, communication status, and digital twin information. The app stores basic login/session information locally on your device for access convenience.
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared only when required for platform operation, legal compliance, security, or with your consent.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
